Order Processing

We are pleased to assist you with your orders at WHIMSIKO. Please note that order processing takes place on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The standard processing time for an order is approximately 2 to 3 business days before it is shipped. During periods of high demand, there might be an extended processing time of up to 5 additional business days.

Kindly be aware that occasional delays in processing or even order cancellations could occur if an item you've purchased is on back order or out of stock. Additionally, it's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, incomplete address information, holidays, or any complications faced by the shipping carrier.

Item Availability

We always strive to provide you with the best service, which includes ensuring the availability of items you've ordered. In the event that an item(s) is out of stock and no longer available, we may need to cancel part or all of your order. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification if your complete order is canceled due to an out-of-stock item.

If a portion of your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will promptly remove the unavailable item(s) from your order and proceed to ship the remaining items. Please note that you will not incur any charges for the out-of-stock items, and we will notify you via email regarding this adjustment.

Sales Tax & VAT

For all purchases, applicable sales tax and VAT will be added in accordance with the regulations.

To ensure a smooth processing experience, we kindly request that you provide accurate billing and contact information during the order placement process. It's important that this information matches the details on your credit card statement. Mismatches may result in a temporary hold on your order for verification purposes. Similarly, when entering your shipping address, please double-check that the zip code, city, and state are correct to prevent any potential issues. If any inconsistencies arise, we may need to contact you for an update.

We have chosen reliable shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, EMS, to ensure the best delivery experience for your packages.

Please take a moment to confirm that your Shipping Information and address are accurate, complete, and deliverable, including any additional details like Suite, Apartment, or Room numbers.


Please take into account that the actual delivery date might differ due to the distinct policies of the delivery company. After the package departs from our facilities, we lose direct control over its transit.

  • Standard Shipping (complimentary):

    • Delivery Timeframe to USA: 12 to 18 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to UK: 12 to 18 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to EU: 12 to 18 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to Canada: 18 to 30 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to Southeast Asia: 12 to 18 days

Excluding: Weekends and holidays

  • Expedited Shipping ($10 - $15, variable based on order value; complimentary for orders exceeding $75):

    • Delivery Timeframe USA: 5 to 7 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to UK: 5 to 7 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to EU: 5 to 7 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to Canada: 7 to 12 days

    • Delivery Timeframe to Southeast Asia: 5 to 7 days

Please bear in mind that the specific delivery timeline could vary based on the assigned delivery service. Unfortunately, once dispatched, we relinquish control over the shipment's progress.

It's important to note that while delivery times are estimated by the respective delivery companies, they may not guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.

  • Changing your shipping address before the shipping process does not incur any fees.

  • If you need to change your address during the shipping process, an extra fee may be applied to your account.

Please bear in mind that most delivery companies make up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, UPS will personally contact you to arrange delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly provide us with your most accessible contact number.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Box addresses. Any orders with these addresses will be automatically canceled.
